hADSCs or SVF derived from adipose tissue improves regenerative property of fat grafting and improves tridimensional architecture of the reticular dermis and microvascular bed. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that ADSCs transplantation produce many useful growth factors, increase collagen production and reverse skin ageing and improved physical strength in aged people. These indicate rejuvenation effect of stem cell transplantation.
